A little bit about Albert and Karin! They both started their real estate adventure flipping homes while also working full time in Corporate America. While flipping property, Albert moved forward in using his real estate appraisal license to start a successful 15+ year career as an appraiser that ultimately led him to his current role today, full time in real estate. Karin started her career in event planning as an account manager for the Southeastern region of the US. Karin traveled and worked with various large national accounts such as Dollar General, Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart, Pitney Bowes and Wings. Karin uses all the experience she gained from this experience to excel in her real estate career.
