Phil Keagy is no newcomer to the area. Born in Ft. Lauderdale in 1949, he has spent virtually his whole life in the Southeast Rio Vista & Las Olas areas. He knows these neighborhoods best.he has lived there for over 60 years! As a graduate of the University of Miami, he went on to become a commercial pilot until focusing on a career in real estate in 1982. Phil is also Vice Chairman of the Master Brokers Forum (MBF) which is a society of the top 250 realtors in Broward County. Keep in mind Broward County currently has over 8,000 active real estate agents, lending to the exclusivity of this organization. Phil has been awarded Prudential's Chairman's Circle, which represents the top echelon of Prudential real estate brokers/agents, for the past 10 years in a row. In addition, Phil received the "Legends" award, one of the most coveted designations Prudential Real Estate bestows upon its agents. Phil's hobbies include deep-sea fishing and traveling with his family.
